• Replace used/ low dry goods in condo. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, detergents, foil, plastic wrap, garage bags, napkins, sugar, coffee, filters, etc.
• No guests in unit unless approved by owner
• Always lock doors and sliding glass doors when away
• Start sheets and towels in the washer/dryer and remove garbage at checkout
  

Arrival: 8 swim tags are in the kitchen, beside the dryer. ($10.00 per tag if lost.) Unit phone # is 850-233-1290. PLEASE do NOT change the answering machine message. Telephone has long distance block. Call 1-800-CALLATT or your provider. Please be conservative with the A/C as if it were your bill. This helps us discount rates.

To open: Open slats with the silver beaded cord. Draw slats with the white string cord.
To Close: Draw slats to close with the white string cord. Close slats with the silver beaded cord.

Departure: Start sheets and towels in the washer/dryer. Empty refrigerator. Put A/C on 80 in the Summer, 60 in the Winter. Replace or add dry goods. Lock sliding glass doors, and door. Mail keys back to Terri.

  *Failure to comply with any one of these rules will result in TOTAL LOSS of the Security Deposit, and reimbursement to owner if damage exceeds deposit.
